If you were unable to attend one of the registration days to obtain new fobs, you will need to coordinate with the HarborWalk Property Manager to acquire them.

The Unit Owner must complete an Owner Information Sheet to receive new fobs:

After completion, please email the PM at Dan.Pavlik@HarborWalkOnline.com to coordinate a time to obtain the new fobs. Alternatively, you may text/call the PM at (440) 345-6758.

As a reminder, if you return 1 fob, you will receive 2 new fobs at no charge. If you are unable to provide a fob, there will be a cost of $10 for 2 new fobs. New fobs will only be issued to Unit Owners.

 

The collected information will allow us to stay connected to you digitally and contact you in the event of an emergency affecting your unit. We will no longer be sending out information through the mail but sending out notifications through email and the HarborWalk website.
